Xylomist 0.1% Nasal Drops is a nasal decongestant, used for temporary relief of congestion in the nose caused by various conditions including the common cold, sinusitis, perennial and allergic rhinitis (recurrent nasal mucous membrane inflammation, including hay fever). It contains xylometazoline as an active ingredient which is used to relieve nasal congestion. Xylometazoline is a nasal decongestant, which helps to open up and clear the nasal passages by reducing excessive nasal secretions and narrowing the blood vessels in the nose area, reducing swelling and congestion. Always use Xylomist 0.1% Nasal Drops as advised by the physician. It is for nasal use only. Before using, blow your nose gently. Tilt your head back and put 2-3 drops in the affected nostril and keep your head tilted backwards for a few minutes. Avoid touching the dropper tip to manage contamination. Do not use Xylomist 0.1% Nasal Drops for more than 7 consecutive days.
