5 reviews and 7 photos of QATAR AIRWAYS "I had terrible problems with flight reservations, they asked me if I wanted to take advantage of an upgrade offer, which I did not respond too and let expire. This somehow "split" my reservation in their system which they could not resolve for the flight. My wife and son could not board a flight which I had paid $3000 for them to fly to Cebu. Had to get them on the next flight, 3 days later, when they seemingly fixed the issue. Meanwhile , I was out 3 days on an ABNB. Back office, website navigation are issues. Otherwise, my family seemed happy once they departed and arrived. But all and all, a truly negative experience in spite of Quatar Airways excellent reputation. Lost 3 vacation days."
