First we had the 787 upper deck for 11 hours to Paris which was quiet and smooth. Then the 777 back to the US. No delays, all on time and arrival at gates were early. Food was delicious and plentiful, as were snacks and beverages, In flight entertainment was enough for the 19 hours each way. One our our systems needed a reboot which was taken care of promptly and effectively."
