We had to wait one hour to go they customs in Mexico City and transfer our bags to the DC flight. That was the last time I saw my bag. After I realized that my big wasn't on the bet I told one of the ataff that rudely asked me to wit. Just to get a lost baggage claim form took me two hours from the staff. I had to sent several emails to get a reply. The phone number that I got from the staff was a non working number. The email from the staff didn't work neither. 15 days later and I still don't have my bag or any resolution. Just to track somebody to reply to you is impossible."
