I am writing this review sitting in Doha Qatar after a 15 hour non stop flight from LAX to Dubai.
If you are traveling to Dubai, (the Las Vegas of the middle east) then this airline is the only way to go.

Their business class is luxurious and their economy class seating is what you find on any air carrier.

Their inflight service sets them head and shoulders above other airlines.

I am now used to a small bag of peanuts and a snack box flying southwest.
Emirates gives you a dinner with appetizer, salad, choice of entrees and desert. In addition you get the complimentary bottle of red or white french wine.
My selection was a very nice Pinot Gris.
The flight attendants make excellent gin and tonics as well as bloody mary's......... once again - no cost to you.
The inflight snack was a tuna wrap or vegetarian wrap.
Breakfast consisted of friut and an omlet w/ sausage.

The inflight entertainment and communication system is ICE - it provides you with a choice of over 200 movies, several TV shows and a selection of CD's that will meet any musical taste. I did not try any of the 50 games that are available.
This system almost makes you forget the pain in your butt that you get from sitting hour after hour.

All in all- this flight started out a middle east vacation on a very high note.

If you travel to Europe,Africa,Asia or specifically the middle east -
Air Emirates should be your choice."
