Expedia's toll-free line at 186-655-42666 is promoted as their main customer service number for quick, 24-hour support, but my recent experience left me extremely frustrated. I had a travel credit from a cancelled January 2025 reservation, yet I could not get clear guidance on how to apply it to a new booking. Each time I called and mentioned the credit, the conversation abruptly ended or I was transferred without resolution--this happened multiple times in one evening. I also found a hotel listed online for a significantly lower price, but the quote I received over the phone was more than double, even after I pointed out the discrepancy. Based on these issues, I personally no longer feel confident using their services and would encourage others to be cautious and review all details carefully before booking.
