While the fleet is relatively new, the aircraft are clean and the crew is doing their best to serve and support customers, the airline itself is crap. European flights, even the ones over 3hrs in duration, like Brussels to Moscow, have no frills. Seats are tightly spaced, food is at a price and worst off, they demand EUR 3.00 for a water. I expect this treatment from Ryan Air, but not from a national airline that is a Star Alliance member. Sorry, but I will avoid them in the future."
