SUCKS..doesnt even say it. Don't ever use them, especially if you need to connect somewhere, go somewhere, like home or another destination.Literally , gives me another reason why I hate Bahamas!! The people in general are mostly -Disingenuous, not friendly, if they are, there is a fake Ora to it. Many, many other islands, where you feel welcome, great people, this here-BLows!!! Went here long time ago, never wanted to go back. Then I chose to use them as a connecting flight back from my brother's wedding. Schedule, time, what is that-to them??!! They go when they wanna go,no updates, no effort on time, or other people -no Urgency-They suck balls!!! Might get 3% of people are nice, rest -attitude, tone behind them is just not genuine-why I never wanted to go back...this just reconfirmed it.
Let me build you a bridge~ Leaving Wonderful Turks & Caicos for my brother's wedding, took Bahama Air to Bahamas, check in for tiny airplane was over 1-hr 1/2 late, plus was to take off 11:30am..didnt leave til close to one pm. We arrived at Bahamas, the hopper wouldn't allow passengers to leave over 20min, one lady spoke up, saying , shouldn't you announce why we are held up, she said , we needed an agent, to open the door, Ok-doesnt the itinerary know we are coming, NOW I think still OK to get to Continental to Newark, well, getting to check in for connection, no one at the designated areas, I asked someone -one of natives , said , think they are closed for the day!! WTF!!!!@$#$??? I said, can't be, I have a flight, my itinerary said it leaves at 3:10pm..was only 2:30pm..well they kept moving me back & forth, finally told me to go to BAHAMA AIR counter, they said , oh -they left.WHAT THE FUCK AM I going to do!!?? My parents were on a later flight to Newark, so I'd be there to all go home, now since they were at fault, had to get on another shitty BAHAMA air -hopper, to Ft. Lauderdale..supposed to leave @ 3:15pm..DELAYED again-til 4:45pm, no announcement, nothing displayed.
They told me stand by, all flights are booked, nothing til 6:45am..next day-we can lodge you.Oh Hell no.!! Not with 2 parents , English challenged at airport, work next day!! Then by the time we got on board, which is now 5pm-they randomly searched my carry on luggage, & frisked me, Can this Shit get any better??! Don't ask can I open this bag, when your Glove -wearing stank ass already is..What am I gonna say, no don't get your nasty grubby hands on my belongings, I don't have anything to hide, not my point, still fucked up airline, this was the Straw broke camel's ass-Hate them. Knew I was beyond levid. So when I get to Florida, still don't have confirmed flight to Newark, since that flight with them was late, I ran to get my bag, then get on a shuttle to Term.1, from Term .3 ..ran to Continental counter-which at least now-America. I pleaded with the counter rep, about my dilemma, she said Oh they have you down for tomorrow, I said that can't be it, please try for the 6:50pm flight, even though it said full..well..saw here type away, she asked check in, etc..I said, are you setting me up for tomorrow or tonight, she said tonight, is printed -LAST ticket-OMG!! Miracle-I still had to run all the way to concourse, the gate, luckily it was 45 min .delay-OMG-luck finally came to me!!PLEASE -please NEVER , EVER-EVER use this airline , learn from me, they could care less about passengers, or urgency, no compassionate, No care in world, no big deal-poker face. With connecting flights, even if you have 2 hour lay over, they will still delay it, to point, you'll miss it.
Their reps At Bahama's were chuckling when I asked where the rep was for that Airlines, WTF!! They are worst then any other I've experienced, even our airlines aren't as bad is this one."
