I made a good experience with front office employees in Istanbul airport and they are very friendly and very helpful! I could without any additional charges or fees change my flight schedule and fly earlier! I found their hotline service very professional and fast in clarifying any misunderstanding + solving flight ticket issues. They are very friendly too! Modern airline airplanes seat pitch for continental and intercontinental flights is good. Flight attendants are really between the best: Very kind and always helping at any time and any situation. I really enjoyed airplane good quality food above all it's fresh and yum! I'm very surprised how Turkish Airline employees manage to solve flight ticket problems very quick and this while remaining very friendly! For high quality service and comfort it's inexpensive to fly Turkish Airlines!

PS: You get for intercontinental flights a sandal, toothbrush and toothpaste in a set, effectively more than other airlines offer and these things make a flight comfortable."
