23 reviews and 30 photos of QATAR AIRWAYS "I looked on internet to get local phone number as my club membership card only had Qatar number. Spoke with Susan. Was working to book economy with cash and upgrade with miles. I have used Qatar for last 2 trips and usually fly business class, but wanted to upgrade this time. She took a bit of time, but came back and told me how to do that and gave me email address. Basically you book economy first thing, then use email and use miles to upgrade. Will need reservation # and member #.
