We also waste a lot of time living alone unknown to us. Of course, it is not necessarily the case that we are alone when chatting on Twitter, instagramming or pinning, or commenting on the status updates of our friends on Facebook, but scrolling is, nonetheless, a solitary activity. It makes us stay in the same spot, and the time goes by. It is no wonder that it appears that hard to fit in that yoga class or to cover 15 minutes of meditation into a daily schedule. Our technological life and communication have redefined the concept of socializing, and it has never been this easy but perhaps it is overly easy and is keeping us too comfortable about our isolation.
