Vinyl applied in unheated conditions below 60°F bonds poorly and fails early — especially during Chicago winters. Every vehicle we wrap is installed in a temperature-controlled bay year-round, regardless of the season outside.
We use only cast vinyl — Avery Dennison MPI 1105 and 3M IJ180-CV3 — on all commercial fleet work. Cast vinyl conforms to vehicle contours, resists shrinking, and holds color for 5 to 7 years outdoors. We do not use calendered vinyl, which shrinks, cracks, and fails on commercial vehicles within 2 to 3 years of outdoor exposure.
Pricing for commercial fleet work starts at $3,150 for cargo vans, $3,500 for Sprinters and Transit vans, and $5,000 for box trucks. Fleet discounts of 5 to 15 percent apply for three or more vehicles. All pricing includes design, HP Latex printing, cast vinyl materials, professional installation, and a two-year workmanship warranty. We also offer a free fleet pickup service — we come to your lot anywhere in the six-county area and return vehicles when complete.
