Who Can Register a One Person Company

A natural individual, being an Indian citizen either residing in India or outside India, may form an OPC under the Companies (Incorporation) Rules. But minors are not eligible to be members or nominees of a One Person Company (OPC). Further, some of the activities, including Non-Banking Financial Investment activities, cannot be undertaken by OPCs.
