Home of the Georgia Positive High School Athlete Awards given to 25 high school student-athletes and coaches by high-profile pro athletes each Spring. Positive Athlete Georgia is a movement created to promote the benefits of “positivity” to young athletes in the communities throughout the state of Georgia with a goal of shaping the futures of young athletes for life skills beyond athletic competition. In May of 2014, 27 male and female High School student athletes and coaches will be awarded "Most Positive High School Athletes and Coaches" in their sport at the Positive High School Athlete Awards. The ceremony will include high-profile Braves, Falcons, Hawks and former UGA and Georgia Tech area pro athletes who will be on hand to personally recognize each student athlete and to hand out the awards.
