The Mapúa-PTC College of Maritime Education and Training is a maritime school under Malayan Colleges Laguna established in 2008 in the Philippines which trains students in the fields of Marine Engineering and Marine Transportation.Mapúa Institute of Technology (MIT) is known for its long history of excellence in the fields of mathematics, science and engineering studies with the Philippine Transmarine Carriers (PTC), an industry leader and a byword in the ship manning business and training. MIT and PTC have joined hands to pioneer in the first ever industry and academe cooperation.Malayan Colleges Laguna is the home of the Mapúa–PTC College of Maritime Education and Training. It aims to inculcate in its student the primordial importance of excellence and virtue in their lives. Mapúa-PTC are both service-oriented organizations.
