ARCAO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides physcians to rural and/or underserved communities throughout the U.S.
American Rural Community Assistance Organization (ARCAO) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit health care organization.
ARCAO works with local, state, and the federal government to secure health care grants and public donations for the purpose of providing physicians to rural and/or underserved communities throughout the U.S. ARCAO represents all physician specialties, as well as advanced practice clinicians (NP/PA), and allied health care professionals.
ARCAO is able to subsidize recruitment fees with grants and donations; thereby passing along the savings to your health care organization. Recruitment monies saved may allow your health care organization to acquire necessary medical equipment, fund hospital/clinic expansion projects, or even help employee retention and alleviate attrition.
ARCAO understands the monies spent on traditional retained and/or contingent recruiting firms usually leads to unsatisfactory results for your health care organization, along with dissatisfied administrators and board members.
Louis Broussard III, CEO and Founder of ARCAO, obtained his Master of Science in Clinical Practice Management from Texas Tech University Health Science Center. He has over (8) years of physician recruiting experience in rural and underserved areas throughout the U.S. His experience includes critical access hospitals, acute care hospitals (trauma designations 1-4), large health care systems, single/multi-specialty groups, and private practices.
