The Paramount, originally a vaudeville theater in the 1920’s, has been a cultural pillar of the Long Island community for almost a century. After being vacant since 2009, it re-opened on September 29th, 2011 as a one-of-a-kind, groundbreaking, urban-chic music venue, often described as a “Tribeca House of Blues.” Including an exclusive members only club, themed as a 1920’s speakeasy, titled “The Founder’s Room.” Averaging over 150 events per year, The Paramount has quickly become the heart of live music for Long Island.
