Delta Airlines announced changes to its food and beverage policy on July 28, 2018. The updated policy affects both in-flight service and onboard purchases.
Delta Airlines offers a variety of beverage options for passengers including beer, wine, cocktails, and nonalcoholic beverages. However, the airline has now changed its policy regarding the sale of these items. Under the new policy, any passenger who wishes to purchase alcohol or other nonalcoholic beverages must do so through a certified Delta Sky Club® attendant.
